Pamela Chetty

Chairperson

Pamela Chetty is a charismatic Christian, Counsellor, Speaker and Transformational leader who has earned a distinguished reputation as a catalyst of change and a voice of hope for women. She is passionate about the health and well- being of women and supports her community through her participation in various health and well – being programs for women that encompasses, counselling/psychology, women’s conferences, seminars and training workshops. Pam has worked with students from Prep to Secondary; tertiary students; adults and families. Pam’s work experience in counselling and teaching spans across several countries (South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and United Arab Emirates, Dubai).

Pam received her first degree in secondary teaching from University of Kwa-Zulu Natal in South Africa (1985) and worked as an English and Music specialist teacher. In 1992, she completed her post graduate degree in School Guidance and Counselling. In 2003 she attained a Post Graduate Diploma in School Management and was awarded a scholarship in Masters of Educational Management by the Ministry of Education (2004) and she holds a Masters in Counselling from Christian Heritage College, (Brisbane, Australia). She is currently employed as a Counsellor at Trinity Lutheran College in Ashmore, Gold Coast. She is presently developing her private counselling practice in order to extend the work she has been called to accomplish.
